These medications can be expensive and working out can be intimidating. I decided to create this basic guide to help people solve both challenges.

The exercises are meant to be approachable, safe, and effective. My goal is to help as many people as possible realize that that are capable of changing their body and in the process, their life.

All of the workouts are crafted to build full-body strength. They are designed to be performed at a gym, but can also be performed at a home gym with minimal equipment.
